Quality for price is amazing! I use these for all my sourdough needs and they work perfectly. The handle on the metal cutter thing smells amazing too, some type of smoky wood smell. Weird perk, but it’s a comforting smell.

This gives you A to Z for sourdough and other bread making.The tools are well made and easy to clean up.I've made some pretty impressive loaves with this set.The proofing baskets work well and are easy to clean up if you get some flour on them.A genuinely good set for your new to intermediate baker.

The accessories that come with this proofing basket kit are fun to use and do give the bread a professional look (the dough lame and the patterning from the rattan bowls). Unlike other kits, you can not bake in these baskets but use them for proofing only. I carefully transfer the dough over to a cast iron dutch oven with lid in order to bake.
