I purchased this back in September and now its bad, well 2 of the 6 chargers is bad. Reached out for warranty and was told that BaoFeng won't warranty a product that isn't sold directly from them. Even though this seller directs you to their site for support and warranty, they obviously aren't a authorized reseller but by the way BoaFeng tells it, no one is. I'd stay away from this complete product line and company because of their lack of support and unwillingness to help a customer. Thank you Amazon for giving me my full refund. Amazon for the win.

i bought these and they worked great until someone dropped 2 the speakers come disconnected and the only way to sude them is with an earpiece which is a pain sometimes

The first charger was "used-like new", I suspect was a misclassified return. 2 out of 6 positions worked correctly. Contacted Baofeng, who forwarded to the dealer who sells on Amazon. Dealer asked for more information, within a few emails promised a replacement.Replacement shipped in under 2 days. And I have a working charger at day 10 (shipped from California to NY).Not quite what I planned, but problem solved.Also note, dimensions are wrong in the picture.I planned to put it on a shelf and will need to build a bigger shelf. Actual dimensions are 7-1/8"x9-1/2"x2-1/2" about 2" deeper than shown.

Received my unit and plugged it up at church where it was being used. It stopped working and after trying several suggestions, I contacted the seller. They were great in communication and kept me updated on progress. Final decision? They replaced the unit. Received the replacement the other day and plugged it up.
