Used this as a switch in the RV to use independent shore power only or to switch that power runs from shore power to the inverter/convector mode. Running total shore power works as regular house wiring would, however if the RV battery needs charging then I can switch it over or if there is a no shore power I can run off the battery through the inverter/converter only. Worked as expected.

Bought to use as an emergency disconnect switch in the garage for a 220v heater. It is a little tight in the box (giggidy) but there is enough room to get your wires safely hooked up. The silicone box nuts are pretty worthless. Installed on the wall easily with the included hardware. Tested it out a couple of times and moved on to the next project. Three days later, turning the knob to check it again- a pop, zap and smoke started waftnig from the box. Sure enough, one of the conductor screws came loose and the hot wires shorted and melted the switch. I pulled the guts, dug up a blank duplex face plate and turned it into a junction box. I will replace it with a enclosed knife switch soon.May have just been a bad part or I stripped the terminal screw when installing it, but it scared the bejesus out of me.

Me funcionó perfecto para intercambiar entre 2 bombas de alberca a 220V de 1 HP, quizá un poco sobrado ya que compre la versión que soporta hasta 32 amp pero gracias a que viene en una caja muy espaciosa logré conectar todo en su interior incluso usando cable de uso rudo 3x12.
