Exactly as described. It is analog, so it has a bit of jitter on the timing, but works perfectly.

I obtained this to use for a future shop dust collector electrical project. The construction of this appears to be good, with easy to use screw terminals and adjustment knobs settable with a small phillips or flat screwdriver. I was easily able to snap this onto a DIN rail using the blade of a screwdriver, and then I tested this by having it switch on and off a lamp while trying various time settings for the delayed off period. Everything seems to work fine.Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of this relay and its operation.
