Bought a Vevor air pump to aerate a pond. The switch supplied burned up probably not rated correctly. Put this switch in and not having an issue.

I used these switches to control track power segments on my HO Train Layout. The On/Off metal plate is helpful when it is seen on my control panel. My power is low voltage, around 15 VAC.

I'm rewiring an old table saw. Circa 1940s. This worked but be advised if using 12ga wire the connectors are small. I put ring crimp on connectors on and that got the job done. That is probably not to code but it's my table saw so that doesn't matter. Please don't tell my insurance company. ;-)

On a 5A (continuous load) at 120VAC circuit, these switches lasted me about 2-months, and I have tried several of these - SP and DP. I have tried a couple on about 10A/125VAC and they lasted about 2-days. You get what you pay for. I would not buy again.

I used this on an old machine that was missing it's switch, it worked, but it seems that it's durability is limited. The machine needed to be switched on and off frequently during use, and eventually I'd have to flip the switch multiple times to get it to turn on or off. Not ideal but got the job done while I needed it. The equipment power use was within the spec of the switch, but maybe would've lasted longer if i had picked a higher amp rating.
