My grand-dog, Mr. Mick, pulls me when walking. I tried this strap and he no longer pulls! He is a pit-bull mix, and is medium build. I ordered the medium as the maximum length would just fit around his neck. If I tried the larger strap, it would be too big according to the measurements guidelines. To my delight, the medium strap fits perfect around his neck and the snout adjusts to fit snug. As for Mr. Mick liking to wear this strap, he would rather run free with no restraints! But for me, it is wonderful. I hope this is helpful to you.

This has helped with walking my dog so much. Keeps her from pulling way better than her regular harness does. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall the quality is really nice and I like the strap size. I have a medium size 40 lb dog and overall if it's his face nice. If I had one complaint it would be how the tightening strap under the jaw doesn't really articulate or move its up or down and it's so thick it can be difficult to maneuver or just. Also I think it could be less bulky. But overall it has held up well over the last few months and I would say that it was a worthy purchase. I've gone through a couple of these and my dog has been able to get them off and then chew them up as a testament to how much he hates them. Unfortunately the whole point of them is to keep it on so he does not chew up stuff for me, so check and mate Bruce. Finally found something that worked. Just make sure the back strap is tight enough.

This was recommended for my dog to get her to walk better on a leash. The mouth harness was a no go for my doodle. She fell over and did everything she could to pull this off within seconds. Going back to the chest harness. Quality seemed good otherwise.

Work ok. Sizing is a little off. Feels kinda cheap but serves its purpose.

Accidentally got the wrong size and the barkless customer service was completely awesome in helping me to get the correct size. My boys (dogs) are still adapting to having head halters but at least these they don't fight nearly as badly and they can hassle, drink water and get their treats with easier than others I've tried. Oh and they don't chew them when wearing them either which was a great perk.
