Met with almost instant success for my energetic young hound who typically pulls on a collar leash. Easy to use. Only issue is she needs a medium collar but could use a small muzzle piece so I may have to order an additional component or set to get the best fit.Dog is 40lb Plott Hound for reference.

I bought this to help train my dog how to walk. Not the best quality—keep in mind I have a 50lb pitt—but for the purpose of training him how to walk it was perfect.

Works to prevent the dog from pulling too hard or going where they aren't supposed to on a walk, but on two occasions the clasp snapped open allowing the dog to run free. I am now looking for a more sturdy option.

The leash is soft and easy on the hands but seems durable- my dog is not a puller or chewer so can’t say how it wound be for those types of dogs but it looks like it would be good. Halter is well designed easy on off. Purchased medium for 1.5 yo 65 lb German Shepherd. Fits well w some growing room.He’s still getting used to it so when he pouts and rubs his face on the ground he can get it off, that is why I love the safety tether feature.

I adopted a 2-year-old Labradoodle who was never leash trained. She weighs 80 pounds so I figured if a bridle worked for my 1200-pound horse this Halti Headcollar would work for her and it works great! We now walk with ease, and she follows direction.

Bought used and only came with one of the pieces so it didn’t even function. Bought it in the process of moving so I didn’t return it in time to get a refund. Really disappointed in this purchase.

Love love love this Halti lead. I was never able to walk our big guy with his pulling. Now we are able to go places and walk with ease.

My 70lb standard poodle pulls, lunges, and barks at other dogs and people while on walks. I tried a couple of front clip harnesses which helped slightly with the pulling but not the lunging. On the very first walk using this gentle leader he stayed close to my side and it was easy to draw his attention back to me when he wanted to lunge. The head piece is delicate and lightweight making it comfortable. He does try to take it off sometimes but treats make him forget :-)The leash is durable and the double hook system is amazing. Allows you to control the dog at both the head and the body - ingenious!! I use it with a simple front clip harness rather than a neck collar as he seems to like that better. Overall could not be happier!!

Dog does not like it. Helps to control him. He is a 45kg dog and very powerful. After a couple of months he still does not like it.

Me está ayudando mucho para que mi perrita no se jale. Ella es cachorra, de gran tamaño y con mucha fuerza. Esta correa me permite controlarla mejor y que no me jale. La recomiendo mucho.
