Just received this muzzle a few days ago. Tried to measure our dog per the instructions and choose the correct size (our dog's muzzle circumference fell into the overlapping ranges of the Size 1 and Size 2, so I chose the size 2 per advice I saw in the Q&A section of the product listing), but this one seems too large. So I emailed the Barkless customer service team directly per their instructions and explained the situation. Less than 2 hours later, they replied and said they were expediting the new size to me at no charge, to arrive in just 2 days! I don't think you can ask for better customer support than that!The muzzle itself appears to be very well-constructed; the silicone is soft and flexible but it seems like it should be durable (haven't had it long enough to actually evaluate this though). Lots of molded rubber products don't really hold their proper shape on their own, but after a few minutes out of the package, the muzzle was nice and symmetrical, no deformation, etc. The training instructions that come with it seem very thorough and clear and (as a dog trainer myself) are very "correct" in the methods outlined. Other than the difficulty in determining the correct size in advance, I can't find anything else to improve for this product or company!

Debated exchanging for a larger size, but this muzzle is designed to keep the mouth closed and my dog needs a way to pant at the dog park. Sizing instructions are confusing. Will be going back.

My German Shepard is overly anxious with guests in the house. I purchased this as I had family coming for Easter with a young child. I felt more confident introducing her to everyone with this on. The instructions on how to train your dog to this worked great, she took very well to wearing it following those training instructions for a few days before anyone's arrival. Easy to fit and does not come off, she pawed at it a few times but after about 2 days she did not even do that anymore. This is a great training tool and gave me peace of mind with our guests here. So grateful this is comfortable she can eat and drink with it on, we do supervise her at all times when she has it on Very happy with this.

Great quality materials, but we ordered the size suggested by the measurements and my bratty dog can pull it off her head.

It broke within second use, one of the pieces around the mouth came detached from another piece. Gonna have to order something else, also doesn’t fit the bottom of his neck right . Now I worked in a vets office and used these types of muzzles all the time and they were simple and easy to use, this one just fits crazy under his neck .

I bought this for a pitbull. She has spells that sends her into a rage and we can't tell when they will happen. We use this muzzle on her consistently to keep her from attacking my smaller dog. This muzzle allows her to eat and drink but it keeps her from biting. I did cut the end of the muzzle off so it doesn't interfere with eating but her mouth doesn't come open far enough to hurt my other dog. This keeps me from having to put her down or keeping her high as a kite to keep her calm.This is flexible and so far has been a godsend. It's easy to put on. She has gotten use to having it on when in the house.As you can see in the photo how I cut the end off

Disappointed in hard and intrusive look and feel. Thought it would be a kinder way to protect our aging dog from eating paper and such in our house, but was way too scary looking on top of being very hard material that clearly made him very uncomfortable.

Tengo un Rottweiler y usa bozal siempre que sale de casa. Este modelo no es el primero de este tipo que compro, pero resulta ser extremadamente pesado, incomodo, y trabajoso para ponerlo y sacarlo.No lo recomiendo, hay mejores.
