I had a PVC pipe that I needed to trim slightly below the concrete, so that I could cap it and install flooring over it. This PVC cutter, by "Bates", did the job well. It's small, and perhaps not for the true professional. But for one pipe, and a small job, it worked great.

I used this tool to cut the drain pipe of a shower basin to the correct length. Very useful since in many cases, the ideal length of the drain pipe can best be determined only after installing the base and therefore impossible to cut from the outside with a different type of saw. The bolt and washer tightens well and did not come undone while cutting. That would have been a nightmare if the saw were to fall down the drain. Very sharp. Worked well with my drill. Love that it includes many different size blades for varying pipe sizes.

****I am a product tester for Bates Choice and receive many items from the company, including these little PVC cutting saw blades. That having been said, I am still very honest about my reviews and try to help people considering buying these things, and try to write reviews in a way that helps me when I'm looking to buy (or avoid) certain products.****While I have been very impressed by the high quality of Bates Choice products for a low price, I wasn't crazy about these little saw blades. The 7-year-old in me was excited when I first got these and I immediately began to think of all of the havoc I'd be wreaking with these. My dreams of cutting down forests of old-growth trees and carving Venus de Milo's from local concrete buildings were quickly dashed, and my disappointment started when I mounted the little blade onto the main shaft using the included screw. When I'd run my drill the saw blade head would wobble no matter how meticulous I was in putting it on at a 90° angle. I first tried it on a scrap piece of PVC, and it barely made a notch in the side. I tried it on wood thinking it could be a cool way to cut grooves and shapes into the various woodworking projects and signs I make, but again it didn't really do much. I tried it on a different drill, thinking it might be my drill's fault and not the blade's, but I got the same poor results.So, as cool as the idea of little blades on a shaft is, I don't recommend these at all.

Took way too long for even one cut! Eas easy to install and the variety of sizes was nice but the durability is questionable and it wasn't efficient to use

I'm totally pleased with these colors they fit perfectly on my rotary tool. The quality is pretty good and it's easy to use.
