As best as I can tell, this is identical to the battery door on my Canon R5. They both weigh 7 grams, obviously are the same size, and every detail I can see is the same. In the photos, the one with a small grey mark (from a sharpie) is the UPONEW; the other one is the original Canon door. It came well-packed, wrapped in foam and a plastic envelope and placed in a clear plastic case. I put the new one on my camera and packed the original away as a spare. I'm often removing the door to use an AC adapter and I can foresee the day my butterfingers drop the door and don't even notice it.

I ordered this replacement door because the spring on my OEM canon R5 door spring is starting to get a little spongy. I guess i use the door alot when switching between the battery grip and have the camera un-gripped. The door feels a little too easy to come off now. But this replacement door is so close to the original I cannot tell them apart! The springs are strong and the latch for the door is also still strong. There are no issue with it attached to the camera or the BG10 camera grip. Even the etchings on the inside of the door like identical. If you are worried about losing or breaking you R5 battery door, order this one. You won't be disappointed.
