These briquettes are slightly larger than other brands. But they are some of the best briquettes I’ve ever used, they burn very consistently, never popped, and produce and even heat.To better explain the performance of these, I have never seen so many flames blowing out of the top of my charcoal chimney before using these.The only downside is that there was a number of briquettes that seem to have broken in half during transit but I can’t fault the product for poor handling during shipping.

...almost 5 decades now. This is some of the very best charcoal I have used. Not the easiest to light, but certainly lends the very best flavor to grilled meat and fish. Very consistent temperature from the briquettes. It is expensive compared to big box store charcoal, but then, you get what you pay for.

There is no better charcoal out there than BB. Burns hotter longer with less ash to smother the coal.

I bought B&B briquets after attending a BBQ seminar hosted by a 7 time international BBQ champion. He recommended this brand and it didn't disappoint. It lights easily, adds a nice flavor to steaks, burgers, chicken etc. I love it.

My first cook with B&B oak briquettes was with an 18†slow n sear in a Weber jumbo Joe. A full basket burned about 5 hrs at 225 which is amazingLove it
