These do not appear to be waterproof, there is no lens cover or coating over the display, looks like water would easily seep in around the edges. But I've a pair of them-- face up, no less-- outdoors in the rain and weather for 3 months and they are still working fine.Being round they are easy to install into the face of a box with a regular 1-1/8" spade drill bit, particularly when compared to the rectangular ones.The extra included bezel with these is a nice touch.The red ones did not work correctly for me at a mere 5 volts but worked fine with 12. The other colors all worked for me with 5V. (Odd, because red LEDs require the least power)

Installed in the dash of a 2022 Ford F-150 to monitor voltage levels for car audio. The gauge fits nicely where the cigarette lighter is located with minimal filling. The display is easy to read, not to bright, not to dim. The blue LED color blends very well with the factory Ford blue color of the dash lights. The refresh rate is fast, showing changes in voltage before the trucks computer even recognizes. Well worth the price!

La lectura no es exacta. Tiene un desfase de 3. a. 4 décimas de voltio teniendo en cuenta que la tensión nominal es de 12 voltios.....
