Very handy tool. Does not close the loop all the way, so you either have to close it or attach it to something but very handy for loop challenged people. Clear instructions on package.

This is a great little tool! I've wanted to purchase it for months now and finally justified it. I'm glad I ended up getting this tool, it's easy to use and fits nicely in my hand.
