I used this to lift a large home standby generator off of my trailer and down onto a dolly. Absolutely no problems even when applying a significant amount of lateral pressure. Super strong as advertised.

Clamps and holds well. I'm only picking up a couple hundred pounds. It seems to be well made.

This clamp installs onto an I-beam and provides a lifting point. After installing, application of several hundred pounds lifted well. Will try more weight as used. Recommended for utility.

This has been the perfect beam clamp to use with my hoist so far! It was simple to clamp it to a ceiling beam at the shop, and my hoist was easy to hook right into the eyelet. The unit is heavy duty and well made throughout, and I have no doubt that it can handle more weight than I will personally ever need. Very nice beam clamp for the farm or shop.It works well on my home made A frame hoist.It's a fair value.
