I live the softness of the top layer. Fits snuggly. No loose ends or stretch that causes it to wrinkle. Warms up very quickly. The lowest setting is very warm. Almost too hot. No complaints thigh. My last had to be put on 3-4 before it even warmed up. I’d buy this again!

I highly recommend getting the grey sherpa model over the white version.... It masks the feeling of wires much better due to the pad being thicker. This is a great warming pad they hears quickly and is very comfortable to lay on! I appreciate the timer customization and various heat settings. This is great for winter or all seasons!

The pad heats up very quickly. About 1 minute or so. It gets quite warm when you first turn it on, then it backs down to the setting you chose. I turn it on before I get in bed. The preheat temp is a little uncomfortable. I can only use the lowest setting. The timer is useful. We all sleep better when we cool down so I set it for an hour or two so I don't have to wake up to turn it off.

This is an excellent heated mattress pad! I hope they haven't discontinued the sherpa one because I don't see it available. The sherpa provides its own warmth once you get into the bed. We like percale sheets and they are cold in the winter. This heated pad warms up the sheets. I turn my side off once I am ready to sleep (after reading a bit) and the sherpa keeps me warm throughout the night. You cannot feel the wires AT ALL through the sherpa. This is the best solution we have tried for warm sheets in the winter. Electric blankets always seem to have issues.

I live in an house that’s hundred years old-very drafty. I purchased this a few months ago, and it’s such a pleasure to set it at about five when i get home, then crawl into a warm cozy bed after a long day. Having this has even lowered my heating bill. And with the Sherpa top it’s even better. I just wash the sheets and i don’t have to worry about washing the mattress cover. Much better choice than electric blanket.

The lowest setting was still hot and it seems like wherever I lay, it’s a hot spot under me. Not really comfortable. I prefer the soft heat dc style. Seems sleep number beds heating pad is the good type. Takes longer to warm up but, much softer without the hot spots

I was a bit nervous ordering from a company I didn’t know. But this is great. It’s soft and you don’t feel the wires. I love that each side not only has its own control but also a separate plug so you never get the remotes tangled or mixed up. Low is warm! I love the timer and that it starts warming right away. I had a dog and two cats competing for my side of a nice warm bed last night!

First off, the pad fits snugly on our king-size bed with deep pockets that hold it in place perfectly, even with our thick mattress topper. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it warms up—on low, it’s already toasty enough that I don’t need to crank it higher. There’s no weird bunching or feeling wires underneath, which makes it super comfortable.The dual controls are a major win in our house since my husband and I can’t seem to agree on anything temperature-related. I like it warm, he likes it cool, and with this, we both get exactly what we want. The cord length is great too—I can easily reach the control from my nightstand without it pulling awkwardly.Only minor gripe? It would’ve been nice if the foot area got a bit warmer, but honestly, I’m still happy overall because the even heat distribution is solid across the rest of the bed. I haven’t had any issues with faulty controls or uneven heating, so fingers crossed it keeps performing this well! Definitely makes those frosty Alberta nights a lot cozier.
