Yep, this is what you need to hook up 5 pin DIN MIDI cables to your Beat Buddy, and it works perfectly. Just plug the small end into your Beat Buddy's small MIDI port, then plug in regular 5 pin DIN MIDI cables to the clearly labeled IN or OUT receptacles on the cord, and you'll be set to send or receive MIDI commands.

I bought this cable thinking it would work for the Yamaha Reface keyboards. It does connect to the keyboard but only only side of midi works. I was hoping it would work for attaching the Yamaha Reface to a midi controller or for usb hosting but sadly it does not.

Not happy! These cables are crap! The first one, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I stepped on it or something. But I've treated the 2nd one with care. I was selecting a song on the BeatBuddy and had it in my lap. The cable was hooked to a standard midi cable connected to a synth so I could keep the sequencer in sync with the BB. All of the sudden it quit! After testing the regular midi cable (and the synth), I determined this was yet another failed BB midi adapter. I'm going to document the wiring when I get the new one by Ohm-ing it out with my Fluke DMM. It's time to start cutting the old ones open and resoldering broken wires so I'll have a backup.

The first Beat Buddy cable I received would not sync my synth. I purchased it on Amazon, and upon returning it was sent another.The second one works very well, though occasionally it’s a little slow to sync, but not for long.It does the job, a good purchase!

Tentei usar no meu Yamaha Reface YC com Casio XWp1 e simplesmente não funcionou. Produto de baixa qualidade e anúncio fraudulento, não comprem !

Correspond aux attentes exigées, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de fiches mâle pour un raccordement direct, obligé de rajouter un câble mâle mâle
