KIND REMINDER
- Our pillows are medium to firm, If you've never used a knee pillow it may take a little time getting used to. It is possible you may experience some discomfort during the first two weeks while your body is trying to adjust to the correct position, this is normal and nothing to worry about.
- If you notice a slight smell when you open the bag for the first time please don't worry, it is a "Fresh Foam" odour, it's not harmful. It will disappear within a few days from when the foam is unpacked and aired out.

It's really good at giving support in such a way one can sleep or rest without too much pressure or strain on one's legs, the shape and firmness is giving the perfect amount of support, it is helping manage chronic pain a little bit.It is making such a difference, I can even snuggle a loved one without having to remove the pillow as it doesn't get in the way, it doesn't have an excessive amount of padding that gets in the way, it is just right.The strap however, may not be tight enough if you're a small person.

I bought this pillow because I sleep on my side and my left hip hurts all night. After using this pillow for 3 days I have no more hip pain at all. The pillow is soft, yet firm enough to keep my legs in a position that doesn’t hurt my hip. I like the fact that I can unzip it and wash the covering. The strap is great for keeping the pillow in place but I found that I don’t even need to use the strap because it stays in place without it.

**note: I have congenital hip dysplasia, so my experience may be different from others.The shape and size is good for someone my size (5’ 5†and 140 lbs). Provides good shape and comfortable strap to maintain position throughout the night, even though I move in my sleep a lot. Thick and resilient enough to provide cushion between the knees and relieve some lateral pressure on the hip sockets. The center where the knees go could be thicker for better hip support as the cushion material has softened since I got it a few months ago. The cover is easy to remove, wash, and replace. The cushion has good memory; packs well in a suitcase and easily reforms when unpacked.

This is my second one of this brand knee pillow. LOVE IT. It is a little smaller than the rectangular white version out there, but works great. I have had on/off hip and lower back problems for years—using a designated knee pillow when sleeping has helped this tremendously! I wish other knee pillow brands would create cases that are colored vs that strange white material. I like this brand because of the colored material, the shape, the hole in the center (so much easier to grab and reposition when groggy in the middle of night!) and the strap (which I don’t use very often, but it doesn’t get in the way if not using, and it’s nice to have it when I want it). Highly recommend a knee pillow (and this brand in particular if you want all these features) if you’re a side sleeper with hip or back issues.

I’m a side sleeper with chronic lower back pain and my back pain has been around for decades and is caused for many reasons. My chiropractor always recommends I put a pillow between my legs to help elevate my leg and keep my spine straight while sleeping. The problem with doing this is I move a lot in my sleep and eventually that pillow comes out and gets lost in the blankets. I purchased this because it claims to stay attached to your body and help lower back pain.The pros is it definitely stays on your leg. It’s very easy to put on. It’s very comfortable. It stays put all night long. It does not matter how many times you toss and turn and move it stays where it’s supposed to.The con is that I wake up with my back being more sore than ever when I use this. I had thought maybe I just had to get used to it but months later I still experience horrible back pain after spending the night with this leg pillow. On the nights that I don’t use this leg pillow my back, doesn’t hurt at all in the morning or is only moderate.

I have had back pain for more than a year. I woke up every morning with back spasms and sciatica. The first night or two did take some getting used to with the pillow. But I am so thrilled that yesterday and this morning I have woken up with zero back pain! Hope it keeps working!
