Important Note:
- USB 3.0: The maximum resolution 1920*1080, 60Hz.
- USB 2.0: Only at 800*600, 60Hz resolution.
- If your computer have multiple USB ports, please ensure using the USB3.0 slot for better resolution.

- This product is design and used for the WINDOWS OS, NOT for MacOS.
How to Use:
- It's NOT plug in and play adapter. The driver installation is required. You could find the driver on the CD in the package.
- If there is no CD Reader in the computer, please don't worry, there is a flash in the adapter with driver, please go to "my computer", the adapter appear as a USB flash, just like "C:D:", double click it, the OS will manually install the driver and then the monitor will be turned on.（ Please turn off the firewall before installing the driver, sometimes the firewall will block the driver installation.)
- If the screen is zoomed, please manually adjust the resolution setting
- Before installing the driver, please turn off the firewall and anti-virus software.

For me, it was simply plug and play. Installed it on a Windows Surface 3 laptop running windows 11 pro attached to a Dell monitor. Would recommend.

I just bought a new PC with a GeForce GPU. To my dismay I discovered that my BenQ monitor was incompatible with all GeForce type Gpu's. I decided to give this dongle a try. It did not work at first because I did not read the instructions which were you have to download the driver from the Benefei website. After doing that this dongle worked FLAWLESSLY! My monitor runs with no problems and no lagging at 1080P. It sure is nice when a product works as advertised.

This was used to add a 4th monitor to my work-from-him setup. I keep my email on it all day, so nothing graphics intensive or too exciting. It works. The only real issues I have are after using it elsewhere, putting it to sleep, and then waking it redocked. The driver freaks out and doesn’t know what to do. Sometimes it reverts to USB 2.0 SVGA mode (800x600), and sometimes it just doesn’t work. Also, I can’t use it with my thunderbolt dock. It must be connected through the USB port right on my laptop, or it has a weird issue with constant blinking.

*** Update 11/19/2021 It is a zero star converter. Here it is three months after installing it and it quit working completely. I only had about 6 hours of actual use on it. Of course it is after the 30 day return period. It seemed too good to be true for the low price, but it isn't any good at all.This is a one and a half star review. It didn't work well for me. I plugged it into the USB 3 port on my computer and got only a blue screen with flashing Horizontal stripes on the monitor. I fiddled with it for a couple of hours, reinstalling, etc., but it would not work at all.I then plugged it into a USB 2 port and I did get a presentation on the screen. The rendering of the screen was in color but the transitions between different gradation of the colors in the picture was poor. MP4 video files would play, sort of, with lots of starts and stops and a uniformly poor picture.I bought this to put spreadsheets on a secondary monitor and it does work OK for that use on a USB 2 port. The response time is slow, though. Using it for video files or gaming is totally out of the question. I will live with this, but I am thoroughly disappointed that it will not work properly with the advertised USB 3 ports.

This worked well, until it stopped. I did notice that it got overly warm when I had my system up and running most of the day. The past month of its life, the monitor would flicker until it stopped working. I do keep my system up for long periods of time, so maybe I should look into a more heavy duty version of this?

This device comes with instructions along with a little CD with drivers on it.However - - - You do NOT need the CD! Simply plug in the device and then open Windows File Explorer. You'll see a small "drive". Double click on it, and the install files are there!NOTES:1) Plug this device into a USB 3 socket only! (look for the "SS" next to the socket. If you do not do this, you will be stuck with 800x600 resolution which is terrible). The instructions will tell you this, but not until the end.2) Open Windows File Explorer and click on the little drive to open the driver.3) Let the driver install, and then restart your laptop/computer for the changes to take effect.All the above took me 5 minutes and now my Dell Inspiron (i5) laptop is driving 2 Dell 27 inch high def monitors. One screen is connected directly with HDMI.The second screen is connected using this device: USB 3 port on laptop to HDMI plug from monitor. Screen resolution is awesome.

Sempre compro produtos de lojas da China e no mÃnimo eles embrulham com plástico-bolha, ao comprar da Amazon EUA,mesmo pagando 4x mais que lojas chinesas, ele veio somente com saco plástico normal, sem nenhuma proteção e coincidentemente veio danificado, ao conectar no meu PC de mesa e no laptop, o dispositivo dá a mensagem que está com problema mesmo instalando os drivers segundo o manual de instruções.

This VGA Adapter works great and it was very easy to install the drivers. I'm so glad it worked as my old monitor. The only thing that doesn't work when this VGA adapter is plugged in and I'm using the big monitor to Skype, is the sound, the camera works fine but the sound is so distorted that they can't understand a word I'm saying. So I have to turn off my big monitor completely and use the laptop camera for Skype, then the sound comes out clear. At least the big monitor works for everything else, which makes it easier on my eyes.

Ich habe mir den Adapter gekauft, weil mein Laptop nach irgendeinem Update über HDMI keinen Ton mehr am Sony Fernseher ausgegeben hat. Nach langer, erfolgloser Fehlersuche, habe ich mich entschieden diesen Adapter zu bestellen und - voila - funktioniert einwandfrei - sogar bei Anschluss über einen USB 3.0 Hub. Bin sehr zufrieden!
