Bought this for work because my work laptop is a Dell with a USB-C adapter and didn’t have the proper output for my monitors. Works like a CHARM and is super worth it for the price and connects amazingly without any issue ! Fits perfectly as well and doesn’t harm the computer or the output !

I have an old monitor that I use strictly for displaying calendar schedule and chat messages. This monitor only had a VGA port. I recently upgraded to a laptop with a docking station that only had USB (A & C), displayport, and HDMI ports. Searched through Amazon and found this adapter that had a high rating. I had doubts it would work but suprisingly, it did, and it did it well! It was plug and play; Windows recognized the monitor immediately. The price was very affordable. Well worth it if you still have old style monitors for minor tasks.

Needed a way to get external screens onto my Microsoft Surface Book. Bought the MS Surface Dock which has a pair of USB C connectors for use with Displays and bought a USB C to HDMI Adapter and a USB C to VGA Adapter (this item). Both work great and for the price are a great low-cost solution.
