The USB 3.0 to VGA adapter is ONLY USED for windows laptops or windows desktops connected to video equipment with VGA port (such as monitors, projectors and TVs)

HOW TO USE
1>>Connect the VGA adapter to the computer's USB3.0 port and connect it to the monitor with VGA cable.
2>>Extract the driver file FL2000 from the attached CD and complete the installation.

RESOLUTION
If connected to USB3.0 port, resolution is adjustable and the maximum resolution can be up to 1920x1080@60Hz(1080p).
If connected to USB2.0 port, resolution is 800x600@60Hz.
COMPATIBILITY
It only supports laptops or desktop computers with windows system, such as Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10;
It does not support other systems, such as chrome os / mac os / linux os / vista os;
NOTE
It is only used for USB to VGA, not for VGA to USB.
Not Support Chromebook & Macbook.

The product may or may not work; as there is no way to boot up a monitor without the driver and if you cannot view the output from CPU no way to install it. This may be fine as a secondary device adapter; but not primary.
