I needed bias tape to finish my Bread slice potholders for My Dagwood Sandwich stack. I couldn't find a brown color for the "crust". So I made my own. The instructions for using the bias tape maker tools is right on the back of the package, which was convenient. I am happy.

My first batch of tape seemed to take me a lot longer. I realized on my second batch that I had cut the strips a bit too narrow and that it was actually easier if the strips were the full 1.5 inches. Once I got going, I was able to make a lot of binding tape quickly. I used it to make the ties on cloth masks, since the stores were sold out of tape due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Its fast, it makes nice binding, but its more for traditional seam binding or flat application work; I can't use it for quilt binding.

This is my favorite bias tape maker and if you follow the instructions for fabric cutting you will have great results. I have made hundreds of ties for hats and bias for all kinds of project trims and edges with these from Clover.

Great product and as expected. It was supposed to arrive on May 1 and didn’t arrive until June 3. There were no updates from the seller along the way. Do not buy from this seller.

The Cliver bias tape makers are easy to use and work every time. They work on straight cut strips as well as bias.

This bias tape maker is easy to use and durable! It prevents me from burning my fingers from steam iron when I make bias tape manually. I love Clover brand they made amazing products!
