Easy to install, fits snugly between the framing studs. Nothing else is needed and I had ours installed in about 30mins. It’s not overly heavy or spacious, but for the price it’s a very nice unit. Bio reader worked perfectly during setup and since we’ve owned it. No complaints with this buy

This is a great purchase. The safe is extremely solid and relatively easy to install. The instructions are easy to follow, and the registration is simple (and you get a free gift for registering.) Overall, this is an excellent wall safe, and you will be happy for the security it provides. It would be nice if there was an option for a right-to-left opening safe. I would love to provide a couple of pictures, but I can't figure out how to download them from my iPhone.

Using this for a jewelry safe, mounted in the back wall of wife's walk-in closet. All went well during installation and the programing of biometric pad but cannot program the combination code. Customer support does not provide a phone number for a help desk, and when contacting them by email they asked for a video of us trying to program the code. Their website provides a video for other safes they make, but not for the safe we have. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience with customer service.

Safe is great and easy to set up and use. It is rugged and I feel comfortable that my valuables will be secure. Had a little issue and emailed the company who was quick to respond and helped me resolve the issue.

Made in China crap. By the time I realized that the fingerprint didn’t work at all and the key pad barely worked, it was too late to return it so I threw it in the garbage. Do not buy this junk

I like the product. I would make no real tweaks to it. I wish the mounting instructions were a little better or they had a video how to or a template to place on the wall. I put the safe on cardboard box it came in and traced it to use as a template and that worked. Other than that a good product.

The bio scanner almost never works for me but my fingers are calloused from my line of work. Other wise works great.
