Very happy with this safe. Arrived fully assembled. It was packaged and delivered flawlessly. Easy installation. It holds 4 rifles and seven pistols. The digital lock was easy to program for instant access.

Snake than expected, but my fault as it is the dimensions that were listed. My daughter enjoyed cutting the drywall out so that we could install this. Overall nice product, would recommend.

Sturdy constuction. Electronic Lock mechanism is worrysome, any finger or hotdog will unlock it.Key to unlock is even worse. The key looks like it came out of a cracker jack box...very low quality. The instruction booklet is a joke.It is 4 pages of WTF am supposed to do with this nonsense......no info for support let alone any any discernable information on how to use the hi-tech biometric lock. Now keep in mind, i am a 35+ year industrial maintenance tech. I work on robots and lasers, read control logic and this lock.....no matter what you do...you can slam a hotdog on the sensor and...boom! Unlocked.Im gonna stab a knife in the fingerprint reader so it will be not be accessable to younglings or undesirables. Im going to remove the batteries from the lock mechanism as it is easily bypassed/and or cracked. Im going to rely on the crackerbox key included untill I come up with a better solution. 180 bucks....get what you pay for!DISABLE DIGITAL LOCK IF KIDS CAN ACCESS

The safe arrived well packaged, double-boxed with 1" thick honeycombed cardboard for the inner box. I'm guessing the safe weighs around 40lbs.The cabinet box outer width is 15" which is 1/2" too wide to fit between standard 16" o.c. studs (14.5" between studs). I spent a couple hours chiseling 1/2" from a stud to make this fit. Also, it's about 1/4" too deep for the outer frame to lay flush against the wall if you have 1/2" drywall. You'd need 3/4" drywall for it to fit flat. Or add some trim/spacer.Their photoshop'd pics are not to scale and misleading: you won't get the doors shut with boxes of ammo stacked 2 deep. Let alone also have space for pistols in the door holsters. The 6" depth shown is the total outside depth, including the door/frame thickness. But the door is an inch thick, so more like 5" shelf depth. There is no more than 1/4" between the face of the shelves and the closed door, so you have to adjust shelves and plan accordingly if you want to make use any of the door pockets.Have to angle my shotgun about 30deg off the back wall for it to fit. There's no way you're going to line up 4 long rifles at 90deg like in the photo. The safe itself seems sturdy enough to keep kids out. Not fireproof. Not too hard to drill into it (I ran low-voltage lighting inside mine). But it's a deterrent. No one is going to rip this out of the wall.

Nice safe. Looks good. Unfortunately I had to rip a stud down about 1/2†to get safe into wall. Added an hour to installation, which was otherwise easy.Took the one star away for hassle. Otherwise I highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY! This product states that the safe is 14 1/2†wide but mine measured 14 3/4†at the widest. Also the biometric lock is worthless. My fingerprint is the only one programmed and so far it has opened for: my wife, my toddler, my elbow and my dog’s nose.

Width between 16†studs is 14-1/2 but the safe is right at 14-13/16 so I’ve been fighting with it for an hour. Then there are small clips along the outside of the safe that add another 1/4â€
