Add charm and beauty to your backyard, curb appeal to your front porch, or utilize impressive water funneling into your garden. Jitane rain chains offer a unique replacement for your old gutter downspout. This product easily handles light and heavy rain.
Decorative Jewel attached at the Rain Chain Basin
A decorative jewel is located at rain chain basin. We included this to add another level of decorative charm to the rain chain. However, if you don't like the charm or the rain chains are too long because of it, bolt cutters can easily be utilized to trim the length.
Easily Handles and Funnels Heavy Rain
The wide brim of our black rain chains allows for heavy rain and water flow to pass through the rain chains and reach the drainage area. These rain chains are designed to catch and funnel large amounts of water.
8.75' Feet which Easily Replaces Old Gutter Downspouts
These Jitane rain chains are 8.75' in length and therefore make a great replacement for almost all gutter downspouts.
If you are handy and need them to be even longer we recommend buying two. Then you can open and close links with bolt cutters and pliers to combine the length of two or even three rain chains.

Never liked the look and lackluster function of downspouts. They can handle lots of water, but you have to put extensions on the bottoms to move the water away from the foundation, and you can't paint behind them without removing them. These great-looking rain chains take care of that issue. They can handle the deluge of rain we get in the Pacific Northwest, they don't have to be removed for painting, and they don't require extensions to move the water away from the foundation. Perk, they look fantastic.

The rain chains came exactly as pictured and described. Even during a rainstorm, I was easily able to cut the hole and install the rain chain. The parts included were simple to use and, when the rain chain was installed and too long, it took me a few seconds to adjust the length of the chain. I will definitely purchase another matching rain chain when I redo the gutters on the other side of my house. After one Northwest winter with inches of rain per month, I have experienced no issues and see no signs of wear.

I wish the gutter adapter had adjustable sizes; the plate around the gutter while was too wide and I had to cut and bend it to make it fit.During heavy rain the chain also splashes more water than I anticipated.

I like the generous opening size in the bottom of these cups - I use this chain on a corner that gets the worst of the torrential downpours we have been having in recent years. The gutter base/hanger fits older narrow gutter bottoms and the whole chain is pretty sturdy.

We've loved these since my husband installed them 4 months ago. Don't skimp on the instalation process. If the water is off at the very top, there are ways you can adjust the position or get an adaptor. I chose these specifically for the tings of sound with a heavy rain. Fixed the overflow on our gutters during downpours.

A typical downspout looked unsightly with our wood and rock pillar. This system looks decorative and funnels the water into a decorative pot, which flows into a drain in the concrete. I will buy several more for our other pillars .

It completely fell apart after 1 year of use. It looked and worked great while it lasted, but obviously made with really cheap material. Don’t recommend at all.
