Edit: Changed rating!! Company offered replacement and we have been using it for months now! Really appreciate the good customer service. Looks great. Can’t really earn more than one towel at a time but we still enjoy having it. Thank you!!@@@@@@@Had it sitting around for a year in its package before we finally had it installed in our new home. We enjoyed it for alllllllllmmmost 3 months before it stopped working and I got an “E1†error message and it no longer works. Had it too long to return. Very sad. It’s now just a piece of art on the wall 🤡.

My wife was adamant about getting a towel warmer and the quality of this product adds to the the bold look in our bathroom. I love that it has a timer and can be set in intervals. Really adds to the rich feel and look of our remodeled bathroom. Warms up towels thoroughly. Thank you for such a great product and ease of installation!

I like the towel rack. It’s been just 2 days since installation, so still figuring out the optimum temp for heating/drying times. It’s not the yellow gold but more like champagne gold . It looks good & goes with the rest of the fittings in our bathroom!

This is a very nice fixture. There are a couple of things to consider. The first is it does not come with the ability to wire this in the wall, because it is preconfigured with a plug. It would have been so much prettier for a wire to discreetly go into the wall, but instead I have a long cord that goes into an unsightly outlet I had to have installed next to it. But the more important thing is that I envisioned having a very warm towel available to me at the end of every shower. But only the part that is folded over the top is warm, and that's with me putting it on the highest temp and having it be on for hours before grabbing the towel. The rest of the towel is just above room temperature, and the reason is that the towel does not have contact with the lower bars, just with the bar on top. So if you want hot towels, forget about it. What this unit does deliver is dried towels. So that mildew smell that towels get because they took way too long to dry after a shower? If you program the unit to keep hot for 4-6 hours after your shower, that issue will be gone, which in and of itself is a pretty good outcome. Just not the complete package that I wanted when I bought this item.

After installing the unit on the wall I noticed that it is not a square angle.The top bar is 1/2†shorter than the bottom bar, the rack was manufactured and pre assembled in poor quality.

Easy to install but doesn’t get as hot as other ones. The display is hard to read in sunlight.
