The only bad things I can really write is, as others have mentions, it comes folded so there's a bunch of creases. I easily got rid of them by ironing them out but it still would've been nice no to have to do.At first I was lazy and just drapped it over my blinds. Just with that I was impressed with how little light came through. And that which did was dim enough not to cause issues. I finally got around to ironing it out and cutting it up. I once again was lazy and didn't try to be perfect. A little light still comes through but with the provided product, you could definitely get it down to zero light coming through if you really desire so. My phone screen at lowest light level produces more light than what is coming through to give you perspective on a lazy job.Didn't notice any funky smells and the provided Velcro is wider than it appears in the photos. It's definitely worth it to cut them smaller. And for those who regularly open or close their windows, you can take off part or all of the film and the Velcro half still stuck to the window can pass in-between the two windows.Quality was great, no issues, no holes. Very easy to install. Both sides are a satin black but one side is more flat while the other has a bit more woven fabric look. I got it half off but definitely worth it's full price.Pictures show: Just drapped over blinds, actually applied with blinds down, actually applied with blinds up, Velcro passing between windows, outside view with and without film.

Great affordable way to cover up windows while using a projector or simply to block excess outside light! Much better than the trash bags I was using before.

Material works great but is very thin and does not cut to well, so be cautious and patient when installing. Once installed it works well!

Well wasn't what I thought it's just a regular black shower curtain look or a table cloth with some velcro that I could of paid $$5 total for.

I needed to replace my 5 years old suction cup blackout curtain. It was made out of a thick fabric which made the suction fail at times and the side to the sun became grey.This product takes a bit more time to install than suction cups but the results are far better. The velcro are installed on the frame of the window versus the suction cup on the window glass. This gives you way better occultation.I read so many reviews mentioning how thin the curtain is, I think what they fail to understand is that because it's so thin, the velcros work so good. Does it block out the light? It sure does

Save your time and money and don’t buy these. Absolute junk made in China. Velcro won’t even stay stuck together long enough to install them.

The product is thin but works perfectly fine. Does have some wrinkles because it comes folded. Haven’t had any problems with the Velcro or any weird smells. Easy application; took about 7ish minutes. Gets the job done.Now I have a black hole no matter what time of day :)Would recommend ðŸ‘

These were very simple to cut to the correct size and attach the Velcro to the window seal and product. Even with daily use the glue is still stuck nicely to both the curtains and the window seal and the Velcro is holding nicely. These are very nice blackout curtains and blocks all the light out.

Excellent at keeping out light, easy to contact and install.Only downside we find, the room we installed this in is full sun, and when the sun hits there is a plastic/chemical smell. Not very strong, but it's there. We hope with time it'll wear off.
