I've always had our accountant do this for us, and although this paper is expensive, I was able to easily print them ourselves from Quickbooks and save $$$. I only needed about 15, but it was still worth the cost. Looks the same as what our accountant has sent out in the past. Will do this again next year. Quick shipping too - which was needed to get them out in time. Thanks!

The windows do not align properly to the W-2. The return address window cuts off the bottom line of the employer's address, and shows the dollar amount of Medicare wages. It didn't matter if I put the W-2 as close to the top of the envelope as possible. I tried every which way to position the W-2 so the entire address showed. I had to print return address labels to cover the window so the Medicare wages didn't show. That's a privacy issue.
