I buy a lot of headsets from Amazon. Had to replace the old one and I chose this one based on the reviews. I'm actually impressed. The volume works my clients can hear me I believe you can put it on a cell phone but I haven't used it for that yet. I also like the fact that you don't have to fiddle around for mute button you just simply take the microphone and put it upwards and it'll mute out your clients. Everyone seems to be able to hear me very clearly. The great part about it is once you buy it if you have any issues you call Amazon support and they will make sure to walk you through it but it's not that hard. Just make sure whenever you buy a headset you always purchase the warranty. I think it's worth the value for the money you purchased

I am WFH and make a lot of phone calls. I am able to hear the other end clearly and vise versa. It is very easy to set up and has a minimalist look. It connects easily to the computer. Very functional, no need to press a lot of buttons, you just need to lift the mic to mute it then bring it back down to unmute.

The headset is lightweight and has small ear pads that sit on your ears rather than the larger type that covers the whole ear.Sound quality is good and voices are really clear through it.The headband adjusts so you can get the perfect fit every time I wear it and control buttons are simple and easy to use once you remember which button is which. The noise cancelation works well and battery life is good and lasts for a full day between charging.Its style and design is practical and it performs well.
