The overall size and bulk of the Headset is middle of the road. Not too big, but not as slimline as other headsets. I like the flexibility of it. The earpieces rotate to fit over the ears perfectly and the boom mic rotates so that you can reverse the Headset so the mic extends from the left or the right side. Overall, the Headset is very comfortable to wear.The sound is chrystal clear for me and for the person on the other end of the line. A big improvement over my last Headset.I also like that you can use the in-line control pad to adjust the volume, turn on/off the mute and start or end a call.I've only had the headset for a day, but my first impression is that it is very nice.

I like that my headset is comfortable, noise canceling, lightweight & the features. I purchased the headset for myself because I WFH. It was required for my type of position & the brand too. Overall, the headset are great. I recommend them for my WFH viewers.

I have owned headset versions from this brand and this one is the best so far! I really love that this headset has a cushion for the top of your head. Other versions didn't have that and it makes a BIG difference. I also love that background noise in your environment rarely makes it to the other end of your call, which is awesome for work!I saw other reviews point out that they didn't enjoy the cord. After unraveling the cord and straightening it out, I haven't had any issues with it. It just takes some time.

I really like this headset. The sound quality is great, the mic is clear and it’s essentially plug and go. I do wish it was possible to disconnect the headset from the button area as you can on other models.

A++ I have worked remotely for years and by far this is an outstanding product. Just ask me I've been through a dozen of headsets. Everything I had hoped for - clear incoming and outgoing conversations.

I've used these for business for over 2 years and they are great. The sound quality is excellent both for the audio and microphone output. Nice lightweight design and hold up well over time. I definitely recommend!

I've used Plantronics .Audio 478 and .Audio 628 headsets for work for the past 8 years. The .Audio line sounded great for the size and lightweight build. You got a deep, rich low-end response all the way up to the top of the spectrum. Unfortunately, Plantronics (now Poly because they bought Polycom) stopped making these two headphones. They opted to go with the Blackwire line (I had an older Blackwire headset and bought this C3220 thinking they would have made some audio improvements...NOPE).Absolute garbage sound on these things with no low-end, and I mean NO low-end. I wish I had known ahead of time.If you're using these dedicated for phone and video calls, they may work OK, but any other type of media (Music, or anything requiring even a small amount of bass), forget it, they sound terrible.The noise cancellation is the same as on the .Audio line 478/628, so the mic is great. I won't be able to wear these things all day though, just because of the terrible audio.For the price, there are much better alternatives out there.

En Microsoft Teams el boton Mute esta sincronizado con el boton mute fisico. La relacion precio calidad es muy buena, Son muy ligeros y resistentes. El cable se le rompio un poco de la cobertura naranja despues de 4 años de uso constante, sin embargo, siguen funcionando como el primer dia.El recubrimiento naranja es un magneto de mugre/suciedad hay que limpiarlo de vez en cuando para que mantenga su color.La cancelacion de ruido es buena mientras este el usuario hablando pero cuando la voz se detiene, el ruido exterior se graba un poco.

Es funktioniert gut und verbindet sich sofort mit dem PC. Ist jetzt nicht das schönste, aber für Telefonanrufe gut geeignet. Zum spielen würde ich es jetzt nicht benutzen. Es hat sowohl USB-A wie auch USB-C.

This is not paid review. If you are looking headset for Team meeting, please go with this heade set. It has great noise cancellation. I can assure active noise cancellation is excellent and opposit person cant able to hear sorrounding noises. Build quality is just above avarage, but not facing any headache if i use morethan 2/3 hr continously. Overall looking good
