For someone who is on Teams most of the day managing a large department this headset is great because it intergrates perfectly with Teams as you would expect.Performance is the exact same on my Mac as it is on my Surface Book and nothing needs to be installed. Voice clarity is good and everyone said I sounded a lot better with this headset vs. the cheap on I bought on amazon earlier in the year.Toss in it connects via USB-C and you got a real winner.Only negative for some people would be if you like to listen to music and like not having to switch headsets. It plays music pretty poorly as it's geared for voice. Not a problem for me as I switch to my Sony WX1000M4 for listening to music but for some people this might be a deal breaker.

This headset is made of good quality materials and really works with Windows, but volume capacity is somehow limited. Depending on the working environment, volume wouldn't be the appropriate.

These seem to be tuned specially for making phone calls. The sound is crisp, which makes calls from low quality phones sound really clear. The quality of the mic is also good. The mute and volume buttons work great, both on Windows and macOS (I use these headphones on both operating systems). I can't speak for the Teams button; I don't use it and think it is a waste of space. In general, the headphones are good quality.I wished the ear cups were made of a breathable fabric, as they can get kinda hot on your ears. Plus, that faux leather on headphones usually starts to flake off after a year (I have had these headphones for a couple of months and that hasn't happened yet). The noise cancelling feature is not that great but works pretty well if you have a low-noise environment. They are pretty light and their grip won't give you a headache. However, the ear cups don't rotate, so it's hard to get a good seal on them. And finally, there is the hotspot on my head because of the headband. It is comfortable, but after a couple of hours of making calls, it becomes an issue.DO NOT use these headphones to listen to anything else other than phone calls. They are terrible for music, just awful. I say that because I think I read a comment here about how awful these sound with music; they are simply not made for that but for call center jobs.

Comfortable, great sound quality and sleek enough for my business calls. I have 2 sets of these one for the office and the other for my home office. Never have a problem connecting they automatically will do that through the computer. You can adjust the volume or turn off on your mike either on the screen or by the control.

I have a boom mic, plantronics 5200 bluetooth headset, gaming headsets etc, none provide the ease of use that this microsoft headset does. I just plug it in and windows defaults to it. I have been having issues lately getting my bluetooth headset to work on teams calls and it completely stopped working for zoom. I know how to change the device in windows and in the teams/zoom/webex/anything else software but I was never confident and would have to test prior to each call... Now I just hop right on the call without fear. The inline control is outstanding. You can mute/unmute without being in the call window. Volume controls are great too. I wish my work bought these for all the employees rather than the expensive plantronic or jabra headsets.

The sound on my zoom calls were clear. My co-workers noticed a significant increase in my sound quality.The noise cancelation must work since no one can hear the rooster crow in the background. The usb-c is a solid connection and works seamless with my HP laptop. The mute, hook, and volume buttons work well with Teams and Zoom. The visual red light to indicate mute is very handy, no more looking for the window to mute/un-mute myself.I would buy again.

Garbage product. As soon as the mic is enabled there is a background hiss.This includes when simply listening to audio online, like on YouTube for example.I don't want to have to toggle the mic on / off every time I want to use the headset.This also makes it useless for online meetings, I can't stand the background hiss.

Produto utilizado diariamente para reuniões via Teams e é FANTÃSTICO ….. VALE A PENA O INVESTIMENTO para este fim especifico . Não recomendo para músicas uma vez que não foi concebido para esse fim.

Been using for a few months now. Working really well. Just sometimes when it's a little too breezy it buzzes in the headphone. I guess the mic holes being on the outside causes this.

En general son de buenos materiales, funciona bien en la PC y celular usb-cEl tamaños de los auriculares y almoadillas es pequeño, por ello no tienen mucho volumen y no se aisla el ruido.Los controles funcionan bien y son practicos para las conferencias.Saludos.
