This headset feels so comfy I got this at 7 pm yesterday it's 6:55 am It was 80% charged and I have been on since 7 pm chatting on my PC. I did A phone video call its 70% right now, My video phone call said I sound better and clearer, and no breaking on the Meet call.★★★★★So I'm telling you that if you need a true multi-functional headset this is it. I needed this for computer use Zoom meetings. chatting on games and other programs, I also need to be able to mute from anywhere on any program. Trust me it has more to headset than looks and sound, don't get stuck with a bad.★★★★★ About phone and PC connected at 1 time- The phone seems to dominate the Bluetooth audio feature meaning yes they both connect same time, I notice the computer audio cuts out even if I'm not doing anything on my phone and being connected to the phone block the sound from the PC forcing me to unpair my phone. So again I wanted this for voice chatting not a trucker and need phone use much. And its many headset that works on all apps and devices just note that PC features like muting your voice might not work but ads will claim it

I think this headset is great for a lot of things.It's not the best for gaming or whatever, or for listening. But it does have a really nice earphone.I always worry the chunky ones like this will feel too heavy or fall of my head, or worse yet, pinch my head and give me a headache.Dictation is what really sticks out to me. I use this one almost daily. It actually encouraged me to consider doing more writing of journals and possibly other projects with voice dictation.The voice quality is spectacularly good too, much different from other brands that skimp on the mic first.

Great headset, love it, connects easily via Bluetooth and are durable have dropped it several times. Comfortable, noise canceling is great I use mine in very noisy environments. Will buy again when needed excellent price, holds a charge for a long time

Very good range. Clear audio. Callers say audio is clear on their end. Long battery life/standby and talk time. Comfortable, not too tight. One year later only issue is a connection joint on the headset has begun to break and come apart. Great alternative to the pricey Blue Parrot brand.

My husband is a farmer and uses these headsets for hands free calls. We have been purchasing the almost $200 Parrot headsets but came across this one and decided to give it a try. So far it works just as well as the Parrot at a significant savings. Great product!

This is a good quality headset, I've used this for several months so far and nobody complains about the audio on the other end. And I have no complaints of the audio on my end. The noise canceling is very good, i can listen to the radio or have the windows open some and the other end of the call doesn't hear it.There are 3 things I don't care for.1st. when you answer a call the volume defaults to maximum.2nd. The microphone has some play in it and I can hear it making noise moving around. Nobody else hears it on the other end of the call.3rd you cant power the unit on when it's plugged in.

The noise cancelling feature seems to work pretty well but I miss some of the features that the brand of headset that I have used over the past 24 years has and I will be going back to that brand most likely sooner than later for one main reason. If you have long hair like I do this headset will be a challenge as far as it getting caught up in you hair and not wanting to let go. The only way that I have found to keep this from happening is to use both hands and lift both sides straight out away from the head as it is being lifted off of the head. If you slide it off or grab it with only one hand your hair will get caught up in the non-mic side and it will be extremely difficult to get it untangled. I have also found that it is not balanced as well as my old headset and wants to slide off more easily thus again getting my hair all tangled up in the headset. The brand that I had been using for so long never tangled in my hair due to a better design and I will definitely pay the extra money to go back to my original brand of headset. I've learned my lesson that it is worth paying the extra money to get what I am used to wearing rather than try to cut corners by saving a few dollars only to regret my decision.

I honestly like this headset. It gives you clear voice, nice and loud in the ear. But the that doesn’t have the ear cup the other side that lays on your head, it’s very uncomfortable. I don’t know if they made this advice for people that wear hats all day, but I would think it would be a five star if the other side was comfortable.
