Probably one of the best things I bought for work. Super light weight, works very well and audio is very clear. It does connect to two devices simultaneously with Bluetooth and with the usb. Looks very professional and very comfortable. Audio for music work very well too. It isn’t the best quality like beats or AirPods Pro’s or anything’s but definitely good quality for being an ear piece. Now the price isn’t for anyone but for someone who makes calls often I think you get what you pay for. Super easy to set up and very pleased with this product.

I use this every day in my work where I have a lot of meetings. I previously had a Plantronics headset and I really loved it too. But this one is much better in quality and design. The battery life is excellent as well. As mentioned, I'm in meetings virtually all day and using this all day and it sits comfortably on my ear, people hear me great, and it lasts all day long. As a bonus, I like to get up and walk when not on camera and I can essentially go anywhere in my house (at about 3400 sq. feet - 1 story) and it can reach without any problems. So I can get up to go get coffee or water - go to the bathroom during a meeting (ha! not really, but I could!) and it will do the trick.Highly recommend. It's a fantastic product and believe me, I use it enough to know if it didn't work great.

I searched high and low for a headset that would allow me to mute our Soft dial phone program for my job from the headset itself, I bought 4 different headsets before this one, and this is the ONLY one that allows me to mute from the headset on the phone software... Long battery life, clear sound, fits well and comfortable. The ONE and ONLY issue I have with this headset is that the description that states "Up to 100 feet distance" is NOT accurate! If I get 10 feet from my computer, it disconnects or the other person can no longer hear me AT ALL! So, that part STINKS since this IS SO PRICEY!

Very clear audio for both myself and team.On headset mute button. Easy to use.On headset volume dial. Easy to use.Hook over ear. Very comfortable. Does not insert into ear. Can wear all day.Case VERY useful.If you stand in case it will stay connected to computer and stay charged. Rest for quick use.Storing in case disconnects from computer and charges headset.IMPORTANT: headset must be removed to charge case battery. If charging car with headset inserted it will only charge headset.Minor issue.

They sounded fine, and it might not bother some people, but I don't like haven't anything inside my ear ... after an hour or two ... nope. my favorite earpiece ever was the Plantronics CS-55 ... but that is for a voip phone only ... I don't like anything in my ear or even 2 speaker head phones squeezing my head together. Me, I need a one piece over my right ear on an ear hook.

i used it for few days and gave up i expected much better quality with this price honestly i returned back using a head set that i got for $33 not sure if it was a defect or just the quality not great, but it use to keep the charge realy good

Why have I spent this whole time tethered to my desk on meetings it beats me! Ohh yeah I dont want an ugly gamer type headset, bluetooth is unreliable with teams and the Plantronics alternative is much more expensive.Been using it over six months and battery last all day, its comfortable and audio quality is great.

I had the poly version and it did not do a good job at noise cancellation when talking on phone. I work a lot in coffee shops where it can get loud. I’ve been very impressed by the quality. I’ve asked people on the other end of the line if they can hear the people or blenders etc and they always say nope you sound crystal clear.

The piece is quite light and comfortable to wear for long calls. Setup was quite easy to the VTech set although the instructions were only for a compter or cell phone. This additional available service is a bonus to the product. Finally the reception is clear and have had no issues with the call recipient hearing our voice. Product is recommended.

I don’t understand why no one wrote this as a review: if you have short hair and you ear are close to your head like most people: you look like a half elf with this bulky mono-headset behind one ear! I guess the plantronic voyager 5200 provide as well the same look as this yealink bh71. Too bad. I liked the descreate concept of this noise canceling microphone (i thought almost invisible). I guess i’ll have to find an earbud (not behind ear) with noise canceling mic if it exist. I don’t want an over the head headset.
