I’m pretty hard to impress. Especially with cheaper electronics and printers of any kind I’ve had issues with. So far after a week I’ve used this successfully every time. I was pretty skeptical of the investment but this saves me so many headaches compared to my old inkjet and no more wasted tape to stick on labels. One trick I found was open the printer and slide in the paper till you just see the tip of actual label stick out when you look down at the machine. Shut the lid and it will be pretty centered when it prints on the label it’s self. I haven’t had much luck with the auto calibration when you feed it in but that seemed to work just fine doing it the way I explained. Make sure it’s very straight other than that it works great. The app is pretty straight forward people complaining about that just aren’t very tech savvy. It’s really handy alls you have to do is save the label load it in the app flip the machine on and go. I’m really impressed. Scans every time at the shipper location.

Excellent label printer. If you know how to follow instructions and you know the basics of computer and/or blutooth you will have no problems installing at all. Seller even checked in with me to make sure I had it installed without problems. I highly recommend this printer form THIS Seller! Thanks :)

I had been eyeing these printers for a while. This came to a price I felt comfortable with so I bought it.First, set up instructions are clunky. The videos on the website don’t match up with what you need, despite picking the right model.Secondly, they say to email them and they’ll respond. They didn’t. That really upset me as we’re going on 5 business days and nothing but a “We’ll respond as soon as possibleâ€, and yes, I checked spam.Thirdly, and most importantly, when I finally got it set up, it looked nice and impressive when it printed. Here’s the issue - went to FedEx and they couldn’t scan the barcode on the label on either of the packages I printed labels for. So, he punched in the tracking numbers manually and had to reprint the labels on his end.Kind of frustrated and likely returning this thing. Wouldn’t recommend it as the frustration that I experienced and lack of support makes me question the quality of the product.The software the comes with this is too complicated to use. Printing a label shouldn’t require you to have tons of confusing editing features (without a simple cropping tool!). I’ve gone through probably 50 labels just to get one to print right. I’ll stick to printing on paper until I can find a less complicated solution.

It works very well. Makes things convenient. Great little tool for a business. Remember you'll have to buy thermal paper as this does not use ink. I'm very happy with it. The software works well also and it makes printing easy sometimes. It's a little tricky the first time, but once you've printed a format it saves it for you so you can always reprint, which is nice if you need to ship to the same customers again. Hope that helps

I think most people would use this to print shipping labels for their small business, but I decided to use this to print out some photos for our family scrapbook. I was pleasantly surprised that the images came out clear. Of course the images are only in black and white, but I don't mind because I was going for that kind of aesthetic for our scrapbook. I like that I do not have to worry about running of ink and I have not had any issues with the paper jamming. You will need to connect your bluetooth and download an app if you want to use it on your phone. Alternatively, you can use the USB cable to connect to your laptop. The whole process to get this going was simple and it feels like I have my very own compact printer. Great product, highly recommend!

I then ordered some sizes and printed them 3 days later. In the meantime, I installed the software on my computer and phoneThe return item labels are clear and now I just stick it onto the package and away it goes. The shipper had no problems with the scanning of the codesI got one of those stands for the labels and that works great as the labels have a place to reset while being fed into the printer, the auto feed function is great and the calibration is very simple - press a button, lit blinks twice and that’s it (will automatically detect the beginning of the label sticker).The Android app is available in the app store, it detected the printer via Bluetooth and worked just as I wanted it to (perfectly).The printer is not portable or rechargeable, you'll also need to account for some space for the printer and labels on your desk. Not as much as a regular printerOverall, this printer does exactly what it needs to do: easy, fast, high-quality shipping labels and other needed printing.I do wish mine arrived with a manual so I did not have to search the wide web for it and what software to use. Other than that I am happy with it and will use it often as needed, no more cutting labels and gluing.

For some reason, when printing UPS labels, with the chrome print dialog it’s not always working, part of the label is cut of. However, when download a label and printing with the system dialog I get no problems !Pros :- Easy to install- Easy to use- Prints fastsCons :- Weird issue with chrome !
