I like that we can have the reverse osmosis water system with out having to have one permanently installed under the sink. This system sets on the counter and is no larger than aKeurig Coffee machine. The filter is easy to replace and is long lasting as the machine is smart to let you know it needs to be replaced. The filtered water tastes great, as we were buying bottled water before so a taste test was done and this water filter won for us. A great Value for the money in the long term over buying bottled water and having to get it home and bottles to have to store. Would definitely recommend it.

I cannot imagine drinking tap or well water that has not been through RO. This filter and system truly the best! Filters last a full year. Water tastes outstanding. Great product.

These reverse osmosis filters are not cheap- but seem to last a good while. Can't complain too much other than wishing they were cheaper- does what it's supposed to and seems to be a direct replacement for old used filter.update - filter now reporting red symbol- Full reset cleared it. Support was very fast to try and help- good on ya Bluevua!installed june 26th. used about once per day average 3 months @~30 per month= less than 100 actual filter uses. Now October 9th it reports it is used up. REALLY I can expect a total of about 100 uses and now it needs to be replaced??? avg use is 40 oz, 100 uses is 4000 oz or 31.25 gallons. NOT the advertised-ROPOT-Lite filter should last for about 12 months or purify around 4000 liters/1056 gallons of water.Even if I used this unit constantly with 3x the usage the filter should be only at 100 gallons processed. This is not what was advertised by a large margin. I am contacting their support as this filter failed WAY before it was supposed to well below advertised specifications-Bluevua support was very quick to respond and offer their help. By then I had figured out that a full reset (hold the action button down while unplugged- plug it in and keep holding the button till it resets 15 sec or so) seems to have cleared the error. I double checked the reservoir, magnets and sensors and everything is correct and it seems to be happily pumping water through the filter without issues now.

The included filter has worked marvelously since our initial use on January 19, 2023. The RO100ROPOT-LITE display shows 1 bar of life remaining for the filter, and we cannot live without this unit. Potentially with a little over a month remaining, we purchased this replacement to ensure that we experience no downtime.If you're experiencing any bad taste, and there is still life on this filter then we advise that you purchase the Bluevua Descaling Kit. It's a must-have for maintaining the clean water taste.

Ordered this filter to have on hand when the original filter that came with my RO machine taps out. Just like the machine 8 months ago....this filter came well packaged and sealed for when I need it. Came with a wrench to remove original filter and install the replacement. Most people know a well made product. It is obvious that Bluevua takes pride in their processes from manufacturing to delivery. I don't write reviews....seriously I don't take the time unless it is warranted. My machine works awesome and I am very pleased with it. It was more than I was originally looking to spend but with the quality of the product, filtering, and drinking water....it is worth every penny. This review is tied to the filter but everything works flawlessly so far and in a few months it will be time to do the swap out. Kudos Bluevua and keep innovating quality at every facet of your business. Highly recommended.
