It’s quick, super easy to use and change the filters which I get a year with. The size is convenient as it doesn’t take up too much space on the counter by my sink, but is also substantial enough that it won’t get knocked or moved accidentally. The water flow is consistent and timely, about the same speed as boiling a full kettle. This solution works really well for me. Next I want to try the remineralisation option. I forgot to add it at the time of order and I live in the uk, so it’s not so easy for me to get inexpensively. I’ll definitely reorder these filters again in a year. So relieved I have clean, safe, fresh tasting water. I chose this machine as it produced less waste than any other RO system I could find on the market, provided much higher filtration than jug filter options, and was much less expensive. Thanks for a great reliable product!

Very appreciative of the fact you can purchase only the filters that tend to run out more frequently. And when I say frequent, I mean only once a year if that. Was able to obtain through the warehouse which made the price even better. Works as designed and as described. Would buy again

I purchased the $400 filtration system due to poor water quality in my area. After a year, the glass carafe randomly shattered on the countertop. I also experienced issues when installing replacement filters—the machine wouldn’t work despite following all instruction. After multiple attempts of taking the filters in and out, the machine eventually started working, but it was frustrating and appears to be a very common problem. Customer support offered additional support after my review and offered to send replacements.

Filters were easy to install once we watched the video a couple of times. QR code was on filters and provided a link to video which showed instructions for installing the filter. Water tastes fresh. Very happy with water purifier and filters. Would definitely to recommend to anyone wanting to reduce their microplastics consumption.

We got a #2 from elsewhere; it was faulty and at over $40 per filter, it should work. All the Bluevua filters are good.
