It did not alkaline the water as much as I thought. I was starting at 8 on the PH scale though. It brought it to 8.5

This product seems to do what it claims, and it fits conveniently in most water bottles and other drink ware. The only flaw seems to be that it occasionally (rarely) breaks apart when the end is connected to the cap of the Bluewave 64 oz. water bottle. If it does break apart, it's difficult to get all the ingredients back into the Bluewave Stick.

Well, there is no way to know if it works, but I haven't been ill since I started using it.
