Wow! I was immediately surprised by the extremely high quality of this bench when I took it out of the box. This is an extremely sturdy, solid, bench. I thought right away that this is a professional quality bench.It comes in a large box fully assembled. There are large high-quality bolts on each leg that are loosened and pulled out to pull the legs down to use the bench. It doesn't get any easier to open and fold up this bench. The cushion on the bench has a thick pad that is equally high quality.I love this BODY RHYTHM bench! I am extremely pleased with it, and I highly recommend it.

Three star review is mostly because I was sent a returned, blemished item, which diminishes the value I received. So just beware if considering buying it. It seems it is functionally ok, but I haven't put it to the test yet. Only time will tell.

This is a good bench, good quality, sturdy, really well designed.Aesthetically it looks cool, really solid, good color, assembled pretty fast.I like it.

This is awesome!!! I love that it was already pre-assembled. All I had to do was take it out of the box and plastic bag, snip 2 zip ties, and open it up! The cushion is nice high quality and feels like leather. The legs are sturdy as heck, feels and looks just like professional gym quality. For the price I think this is an excellent addition to any home gym setup. Love it!

I was always looking for a flat compact bench so save the space for a family workout space, and this is a perfect fit.It's solid build and provides super stable experience for an everyday workout. The cushion is thick and is built with a high-density foam.On the length side, it's a little short for me, if 2 or 3 inches longer, that will be perfect.

We have been creating an at home gym in our basement and this workout bench was perfect for our room. We still need to get a rack but great for doing dips and other bench related exercises. Really great quality, came fully constructed all you have to do is open the box and fold the legs out and viola you’re done.
