6/4/21 Edit: Updated from 3 to 5 stars.I would recommend flybird. They stand behind their product and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Even though I had problems with this bench, they made it right by sending me a replacement. When I found an issue with the replacement bench, they sent the appropriate parts to fix it along with a gift card for the inconvenience. 5/5 for customer service. If they're able to improve quality control, they would be a stellar company. See below for more detailed review of bench.5/29/21 Edit: Updated from 1 to 3 stars.A company rep reached out to me and offered a replacement. The rep seemed to really care about the customer experience and the replacement bench was shipped quickly. However, the new bench had 2 issues:1. It's missing one of the round stoppers on the leg of the bench that keeps the bench in place.2. The seat cushion is banged up / bent on the edges and seems a little unstable. The upper portion of the bench is also wobbly.I would give FlyBird 5 stars for their great customer support but 3 stars for the quality control of the bench.Bench Performance: I worked out with the bench once so far and it held up well. I'm 5'11, weigh 165 lbs, and used adjustable dumbbells (up to 50lbs each, so max of 100lbs). Although the bench did feel a bit wobbly at times, it did not feel unsafe at the current weight. However, I would not feel as comfortable using this bench if I was lifting above my body weight.Bench Ergonomics: The seat is very wide so might take a bit to get used to. The bench is taller than the normal benches you would find at the gym so might be harder to plant your feet on the ground when bench pressing, but it's still usable for me. The bench adjusts easily between flat/incline/upright positions.Bench footprint: This bench is light weight and assembles/disassembles very easily (literally takes 10 seconds) and can be stored away without taking up much space. This was one of the bench's main appeal and it did not disappoint in this aspect. Conclusion: If you want a light weight bench that is easily set up and put away, and do not plan on lifting very heavy, I think this bench is a good choice (as long as you receive a working product). I'll continue to workout using the bench for now and update my review if needed.____________Original Review:This item arrived with mold growing out of the seat. Not sure if it's inside the seat foam, but there is mold on several surfaces of the bench. Needless to say, this is a health hazard and I would recommend a careful inspection of the item before use.

I have been on a weight loss and fitness transformation journey for just over 2 years now. I've lost over 80 lbs of excess fat and gained about 15 lbs of lean muscle all without using any weight equipment....but...I decided that I want to seriously increase my strength and grow more muscle.I found that I can get amazing transformation results without weights but having a few key weight equipment items around (like an inclined weight bench) allows me to include certain exercises that would otherwise be challenging to perform at home. Having an inclined bench that was sturdy, adjustable, and collapsible was exactly what I needed and this bench meets all my exercise and at-home requirements perfectly. The back incline angle is fully adjustable through all the angles that a person would need and the seat angle is adjustable as well. It even has a padded shin bar (also adjustable) that you can lock your feet under when needed. When you're done using this bench it easily and quickly folds to a much smaller size and can be put away in a closet or simply stood against the wall out of the way taking up very little room. Both the back and the seat padding are just right...not too soft and not too hard. Setting it up is a snap too!Since I exercise about 1 hr per day 5-6 days per week I intend to give my new foldable inclined bench a good workout. Based on my experience and initial tests, I expect this nice bench to last for many years and to survive many challenging workouts! Great bench at a great price!

Works really well for us older people. Easy to adjust and assembly was simple. It is a little tippy and if the legs were wider it would get 5 stars from me.

The Flybird weight bench arrives mostly set up and only requires a few minutes to complete assembly with the supplied tools. The Flybird bench is made with robust materials, is simple by design, and is very functional and well thought out. Also, It folds down and can be slid under a bed or leaned against a wall.In use, I find this bench to be very stable and can be stabilized further with the supplied stabilizers built into each foot of the bench.*** when the bench arrives take care when opening the box, as the back and seat cushions are up against the lid of the cardboard container. So if you use a knife or other sharp device to cut the tape, you may slice thru into the cushions ***I’m very happy with this bench for my purposes (dumbbell workouts) and began using the day it arrived, it easily meets my needs.

I have had one of these for a few months now. Assembly was quick and easy. The bench is reliable and cannot be beaten for the price. One issue and it is the only issue is that over time the bench seems to have become just a little wobbly for me. Now, I lift / workout every day almost. Monday, Tuesday, off Wed. Thursday, Friday, Saturday off Sunday and the off days I am doing body weight movements, stretching, cardio or yoga just to keep things limber and moving. With that in mind for this price the bench is doing very well for all the abuse and use I put it through, and I weigh 200 lbs, so add that to the weight I lift - the bench is doing well. I have no reservation about recommending this bench to others and I have.
