We needed a weight bench. We looked at a lot of models and came across this one. The deciding factor for us was the length. Spouse is 6' 2.5", and needed one long enough for him to lay back on.Bonus is that it folds easily, looks nice and is sturdy. The price is VERY reasonable. It was easy to assemble, too.

This bench is cheap but it does not feel or seem that way at all! It’s comfy, it’s sturdy and super easy to put together. It took me all of five minutes. The coloring is sleek. I got the black and red. I use tit to workout and bench press and honestly it feels like it can hold a lot of weight. It’s very stable and easily adjustable. A cool aspect of this is the last notch can actually take it to a decline if you wanted. I would highly recommend this workout bench as it can’t be beat for its price and functionality.

For a beginner, it's a decent purchase but I'm pretty sure advanced lifters are going to want more decline options. The only decline position is pretty severe. It's pretty sturdy but doesn't feel solid, but that aspect likely allows it to be easily moved or carried.Finally, for a short person (5'3"), I find it still a little high for certain exercises. But overall, at the entry price point, it's a good value and pretty versatile. It doesn't do it all, and it's not professional, but it's a good buy for my at-home workouts.

I wanted a bench for dumbbells & resistance bands but, most benches are overpriced for what they offer. This was great! The construction is sturdy & was easy to assemble with basic patience. I’m 265 lbs & it holds without worry of falling. For those worried about rolling off the side or tipping it over, please check your form & posture, as that is usually the reason. Make sure to step on the foot to hold it in place when using bands as it will moves, as most benches of this type will, Would definitely recommmend.

I got this bench because I’m slowly building towards a home gym and this bench is perfect for that. The instructions were clear, easy to understand, enough so that even one man can do it. It’s sturdy enough for my liking, you can watch videos on this bench to give you more insight. I’m really happy with purchase and I’m in absolute love with it so far - I've used this bench with a 50lbs dumbbell and it's really comfortable and sturdy.

Product is easy to assemble and thereafter adjust as needed. Easy to fold up if need be. Reasonable weight to it. Cushion quality is pretty good. Stable and strong enough for my home use. Very satisfied with the price and general quality of this product.

It was easy to put together and isn't super heavy. One of my pieces was defective as it still had the metal cutout where the bolt was supposed to go but I was able to remove it myself. It goes completely flat and is a nice height when in the sitting position. The suction cups/pads on the bottom don't work well to keep it sturdy, I slid something underneath to give it a better platform.

This bench is very decent. I don't think I can find a better one at this price.Don't expect it to be as sturdy as the ones you find at the gym though.Key points:The back is long enough to support the head of a 6'2" and perhaps more.The angle of the seat is adjustable, worth mentioning.Very easy to assemble.It is foldable.Good looking bench. I am happy with it.
