Works well and hasn't rusted yet.Interesting quirk I noticed is that it works much better to keep dipping it in water then shaking it off while working so that mortar doesn't stick to it as much. But other than that nothing out of the ordinary.

Went with the Bon Tool grapevine because it was cheaper and a Pennsylvania company. I should have just stuck with Rose brand though. The grapevine jointer I received is not nice at all. There are what appears to be grinder makers all over the place,there are places where the edge is ground off so the edges are not nice and squared off. The bit is not even in size the length of it, it goes from size it should be to smaller than it should be. Definitely not the quality of a Rose but you get what you pay for .

Loved this, I bought this so I could use it for the mortar on my brick wall in my new house and it gave it the old look I was trying to achieve. It produced a line in between the mortar while also evening out the mortar between bricks.
