Do not purchase this item. The “metal†on the cooler is fake. It actually feels like paper. It was damaged/dented/wrinkled. I sent an email immediately asking them to replace the door and the response was “Sorry……we’ll give you $50 off your next purchaseâ€. How about you fix the current issue? Why would I purchase anything else from this company? I should have paid attention to the fact that there were only a few reviews. Lesson learned.

I recently got this water dispenser for my husband's doctor office and it has exceeded my exception right out the box. The design is modern, which we wanted to keep a clean office look. The dispensing knob is smooth and has hot and cold water. Making this great for children to elders. We save on cost of one time use water bottles and this is a good way to save plastic. The was a great investment. The water is always fresh without any taste!

This is a life saver for big family. Recently we have 6 people in the house, the small kettle is just not enough, along with some of them have hot water needs, the supply has been challenging.I bought this dispenser and it has been so convenient for us all, cold or hot, not a problem anymore.
