Rebuilding an old bass guitar. Nut went missing. Found this one and it's the perfect fit. Good price too.

Could have worked if I had measured correctly. Ended up not using these, but they seemed sturdy enough had I used them

Sam Ash wanted $300.. They said they had to custom make it.... got all of these for under ten bucks and they work perfectly.... I'll order more for the future....

Really nice upgrade from the cheap plastic nut that came on my bass.

Dimensions are not as stated....It is slightly smaller....hence un-useable for this bass project I am working on.I might be able to use on another project......Advise would be that these are made just slightly larger.Length = 1.60 - 1.70inchesHeight = 0.275 inchesWidth = 0.36 inches....String spacing is fine.....Anyone swapping a plastic nut for a bone one should have the option with some sand paper, to arrive at a perfect fit. Also this would allow for any polishing.....Cheers

According to the size I needed I ordered them. I had to file them down to make them fit wasn’t exactly the right size but it worked so I mean.

Sounds terrible, the tone is all messed up. I ended up putting back my broken one until I go to the guitar shop and get something that isn’t cheap plastic.
