I have an FSR P-bass made for Guitar Center. It's a wonderful ash body with a rosewood fingerboard. In any event the factory bridge was the only flaw in the guitar which would come apart with any kind of slapping. It had a white pickguard too which was just too bland for me. Anyhow I put a black pickguard on it and this made it pop. So I just had to put on a black bridge and black tuners. The Hipshot products are very well made and the fitment is excellent. Using a radius gauge, I was able to adjust proper height and intonation on the bridge. Although a special issue MIM P-Bass, it is quite precise with tune and intonation, just as good or better than it's American made counterpart. I am quite happy with the end product. Now for those Geezer pickups :O

Tried ordering from a different seller and got only the saddles, twice. This came without issue, new in a box. As for the bridge itself, it felt very heavy duty compared to my stock bridge on my Indonesian Squier 70's Mod. Glossy black and seems very adjustable.

I’m glad Amazon didn’t continue my return process, Reason to return :: “Bridge doesn’tfit, I was expecting an easy out the old, drop in the new like most guitar. To fit myJapanese made bass guitar I need fill and re- drill all the holes. With the factoryinstruction video and Youtube, really don’t needed be a rocket scientist to fit thisbridge.. Sand down the round wood stick would be the hardest to do, it took fewminutes on each stick. Tap the sticks in, color matched sticks with the guitar, thesetting is straight forward and easy. Mater of fact I really enjoy the set up process Ididn’t wanted to go through at first.Wow, my bass guitar resonates, the sustain from this bridge is unbelievable. Thisbridge is amazing. Return the guitar in the case or stand after play is a must. It's at the end of the body.I made the right upgrade after all.

Big improvement over stock. Easily installed and adjusted. Black finish goes well on a black bass. Sustain forever. Nice design.

Great bridge if you're looking to replace a flimsy of style bridge. This Hipshot helped completely transform my son's short scale base into a completely different animal. Highly recommend if you're looking for something more modern and bombproof.

You almost need to be an engineer who can fit square pegs into round holes. Patience, a lot of it to set up.
