This is the perfect place to begin our sourdough adventure! By the way, did you know that when I split my dough into two loaves, one is always a tiny bit smaller? Having the two-size baskets really comes in handy for that. Oh, and the Dutch whisk is absolutely amazing! It makes mixing the water starter and flour a breeze, and cleaning it up is a snap.

I’ve been making sourdough bread for about a year now and now that I have a banneton it has made my shaping so much better!! I could do without the little mixer as I found it hard to clean. The bread scorer is great and easy to use! My only con would be I wish the bannetons were the same size.

This set is literally everything you need for sourdough making. Great price and durability. Still using almost a year later!

These are my second set of bannetons. The big one is almost too big but works well. The small one is much better. They do have small gaps and the rattan does splinter more than my other set but it's better than not having them. The dutch whisk is much better than my old one. I don't use the linens not the lame but the blades fit my smaller lame so overall a good value.
