How long does the light come on?
- 30 seconds each time your team scores.
Can I have more than one on my network?
- Yes you can. To set them up only plug one in at a time and go through the team setup and save the configuration. Then unplug it and plug in the other light and complete its setup. Once that setup is saved you can then plug them both in and they should function normally.
I can't see the Goal Light Network on my phone
- The Goal Light network should show up under the available networks to join on your settings. You can also use a wireless pc an search for networks to locate it as well.
- If you do not see the Goal Light network then you need to run the setup from a PC. Step 2 is the setup download on website.
I can't get the settings page to load.
- Make sure you wait about 4 minutes after the network setup before going to the page.
- Sometimes your router in your network needs to be reset. Or you can wait usually about 24 hours and it will on its own reset.
- You need to connect to Goal Light on your networks again after entering your network information.
- Then you can go to the configuration page from your browser.
Does the goal light save settings even if unplugged?
- The Goal Light will save your last team and delay settings as long as it gives you a confirmation page when you are done.
- It will load to the last settings when it is plugged back in so there is no need to enter the setup again.
Sometimes the light does not go off is it not working?
- There may be times that the light misses a goal. This is due to the data feed and or the internet connection.
- Rare but if it does miss a goal it should light when restarted provided the score in its memory is different that the new posted score.
- It may also go off at the end of the periods or the final score of the game.
Is there a horn with this Goal Light?
- There are 3 modes we offer be sure to check the details for which come with a horn speaker
- It can be linked with the team app which sounds the arena specific horn.
Does this work with any mobile device?
- YES! This will work with any mobile device. It is compatible with: iOS, iPhone, Android and Windows devices.

The setup was easy and there are good videos on YouTube. The delay with my TV provider is about 30 seconds, so it's super easy to set that with the DVR. It comes with the speaker setup on "really loud" but you can adjust if it's too loud. Happy with the purchase and I have been using it for hockey so far. Can't wait for the football season to start too.

Tech support is argumentative and untruthful. I do not recommend this product or this company.The product was crappy to begin with, working only some of the time, then the speaker broke after a year. I ordered a replacement speaker from Bridgecutters on ebay, but the replacement speaker did not work with my light and the “text-only†tech support person tried to gaslight me into thinking he did not sell the replacement speaker to me and told me I bought it from a secondary market (even though I showed him a link of the product I purchased on his ebay shop).He insisted the replacement speaker would not work with my light and offered to send me a new one for free. Great, right? Wrong. When I tried to get a refund on the ebay speaker he messaged me saying not to do that since he was sending me a new one. Wait, what? You told me you didn’t sell that one to me. But okay whatever. I cancelled the refund request, only to have him send me the SAME incompatible speaker. Now he’s trying to gaslight me by saying it is the correct speaker and it will work with my light. So why did you send me a new one to begin with if you are now insisting that it is the correct model???The bottom line is I now have a red goal light and 3 speakers—and none of them work and none of tech support’s troubleshooting helps. He just sends walls of texts and ignores the details you give him. Very frustrating. If I took the time to write this long experience out imagine how many frustrated customers there are that didn’t bother.

This was a pretty easy setup once I found a YouTube and followed it to the T. I had to set it up on the pc before I could get it to work with my phone. Just follow the steps! I’d like to say I’m pretty smart but I missed the plug the light into the USB to mean it needed to be plugged into my PC for initial setup but once I realized that it was smooth sailing! We love to watch Hockey and the game we set it up for was already neck and neck and intense so the incorrect delay time made it fun to know our team pulled it out before we actually saw it! 🤣 we have since set the delay at 26 seconds and are still trying to get the right timing so we are waiting for the next game! I got this for the hubs for Christmas and he was very happy with it although we wish the light was brighter and flashier.

My father and I are season ticket holders for the Seattle Kraken so hockey themed gifts are pretty common in the family. I was delighted to stumble across this goal light for the holidays. I read the reviews and saw some folks struggling with the technical aspects; however, I'm pretty confidant I can set up virtually anything so I purchased it for my father. The thought of a goal light and horn going off in my parents' house everytime the Kraken score just makes me smirk.Setup wasn't too bad, it does require some patience to walk through the steps (At one point you connect your phone to the wifi access point on the goal light, I can see how some might find this odd), but we eventually got it to the point where we could test it out. The horn is a little goofy in that it blasts repeatedly while the light is on (I'd have guessed it only would blow once and it would be even better if they had the team's goal song play, but that's a nitpick). I'm really excited for a night where I'm over there to see it in action!Overall

The functionality of this light is terrible, and it takes over an hour to set up. You have to connect through a PC account, and can't be on the same wifi as everything else. When you finally get through the grueling setup, the light only works on occasion. It's supposed to go off automatically when your team scores, but usually is a few minutes late. Also, every goal horn is the same, but tells you it's custom to your team. This is FALSE. I wish I could give a negative rating. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Purchased for my husband for a Christmas gift & I totally regret it lol. It’s super LOUD and horns go on a pretty long time. Oh, and the volume is NOT adjustable. He seems to have a different issue at every game time he tried to connect it to. I have to turn Bluetooth off my phone for it to work, evidently only one product with Bluetooth can be on. BUTTTTTT he loves and enjoys it so I guess I’ll live with it.

Originally wanted the Budweiser Red Goal Light but apparently it is not available anymore. I took a chance on this one and have been pleasantly surprised. Fairly simple to setup if you follow the instructions. I had a minor glitch with not receiving a return email to setup the account. I texted support and they got right back to me and resolved the issue. BTW my email server refused their email but we worked around it.So my team was playing later that same night in game 6 of their NHL series and I hoped for the best. First time my team scored the light went off 2 seconds early but had no horn go off. I unplugged the horn and plugged it back in. It told me that bluetooth was connected and the horn was connected to the light. I quickly added two seconds delay for the light in the app. Next time my team scored, the light went off on time and the horn sounded. Awesome!!! My wife came running in from 2 rooms away because of the horn. She loved it as well.BTW be aware that in full daylight, the light is not that strong, but it is totally awesome at night. Since then, I've even switched teams multiple times, which is simple to do in the app. The horn does sound for 30 seconds which totally gives you the feeling of being in the arena. If that bothers your wife or if the kids went to bed early, you can easily turn the horn off.

Works great! The setup takes a few steps, they would benefits from a dedicated app but if you can follow directions you won’t have a problem.

I was successful in setting this up and configuring it on a streaming service. I had some issues in the beginning, support was fast via text and I was able to get everything fixed over just a few text message.

For some reason the description lists food items.The product description says it is metal. It is all plastic.The price is listed at $164.46. I was only charged $69. This sounds good but the product is not what I expected.The light works sometime but not all the time. Not consistent.
