I could not get the remote to work so I contacted customer service. They sent me a whole Nother kit that linked right up. Shipped it to me in three days. Great product and even better customer support.

I installed the product and it did not work. I tried to work with the supplier, sent them a video of what lights were flashing per their request. Never heard back. Sent a follow up note almost a month later and they responded claiming my battery must have been low. I again sent a response that it was not the case and would like a replacement, have yet to get a response. Has been another month so I’m checking again with them. In the meantime I’m stuck with a product that does not work past the return window on Amazon. So here I am writing a bad review as well to see if that gets their attention.

I tried to install the cheap remote system on my dump trailer before this one. After watching YouTube videos about how to install resistors and how to make the cheap systems work, I figured it would be an easy install. I could not get it to work after hours of toiling. I purchased this kit so I could try to install without plugging in resistors and piping up and down wires together (which makes zero sense to me). It worked great! Everything is clearly labeled on the receiver unit. Everything makes sense… each wire is attached to a single wire and nothing is left out. The remote works well and has fantastic range. I can make my dump trailer raise and lower from inside my house (50 feet away). Will I ever need to dump a load from my living room? I don’t see a situation where I would. But it’s nice to know that I can.

Range is unbelievable however, that is only possible once you replace the garbage battery they ship in the remote. It only had .5 volts and is a 12v battery, A27 (I think).There is quite a bit of lag once you release your remote button. The controls on the base function excellent.Overall I would buy it again. Would like to find out the frequency or availability of the remote for a second unit.Replacing an American Technologies Components G8-HYD-01 that sells for almost twice the price.Wiring was a breeze, color coding matched and worked first time.

got the firts remote by mail install it but have issues so i return it looking for replacement same one got it againg install itsurprise working great now Im happythanks

Doesnt work on my two solenoid dump trailer, first on arrived with a dead battery and second one still doesn't do what it is supposed to, no action on the solenoid valves at all. tried all ways of getting this wired in. Called for tech support but still could not get it to work.

I hooked it up just like the directions said and it did not work. Just emailed the company to get it replaced or refunded. Still waiting for a response. I read other reviews that said they had the same issue and that it was defective and the replacement worked. I got the new replacement and it worked just like the other reviews said. It is obviously built by a Chinese company with low quality control. They mass produce junk so you may have to return a few before you get one that works.
