I bought this to use for honey/beekeeping. The instructions that came with it are wrong. (Instructions say to turn calibration screw until the blue field and white field meet on 0, but there is no 0.) Found a video online showing how to calibrate with olive oil. I did that and now it works great.

Finally got sent the Correct one for Honey. Works really good but the eye piece is a bit weird. I think the glass isn't a good one where the eye goes. You have to fiddle around looking to finally see clearly- no it is not the blur adjustment, it's the glass inside.

I am using this to test maple sap to determine if it’s syrup. This is much cleaner and more accurate than the hydrometer.

Nothing on scale to calibrate to...... instructions do not say what that point is.
