Perfect for me, a novice home baker. Used recipe in The New Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day. Photo is from my first try but reproduced it several times to satisfaction of friends and family. One does butter the tins and get the lovely color with an egg wash.

The very sharp edges on these make them very hard to clean without slicing your fingers and hands open.

These brioche molds are excellent. The help to make perfect brioche with a little melted butter brushed inside the flutes. Brioche brown perfectly, not too quickly as can happen when using darker non-stick molds.And while I might be wrong, I kinda think that the French have been baking brioche for an awfully long time in molds just like this... not the non-stick ones you see these days...Highly recommended!

Je n'ai reçu qu'un moule à brioche pour presque 40 euros alors que c'est clairement noté que c'est un lot de 12 !
