This is a good scale that’s easy to use. But the clip that you hook to the lip of the fish is almost a 2 person job. It takes 3 hands to attach the clip to the fish, one to hold the fish and another to attach the clip and another to hold the scale. I have to lay the scale down to attach the clip and then I feel the scale has to be zeroed in again when I pick up the scale. So I just use the S hook to insert it into the gills. Other than the 3 handed operation to attach the clip, this is a good scale but I wouldn’t say it’s easy to use with the clip.

The scale was easy to use, read and store weights, the non slip grip is great when your hands are wet when weighing fish and recording the weight, the lip grip is easy to use and holds the fish with ease. Excellent product for the money.
