Fit perfectly for a new outdoor sconce I had to install. Go on Youtube and search for "vinyl mounting block" and you can get some guidance on installing. It also helped me to watch youtube videos on replacing vinyl siding. I also purchased a Vinyl siding zip tool form Amazon (it was cheap) that made things very smooth.
